A few friends and co-workers decided to set a goal to train for the Tulsa Run and/or the DAM J.A.M. Bicycle Tour. So I made this website to give us a place to record our training activities and hopefully learn a little bit more about getting and staying in shape. It's been online since June 2005.

But FitLedger isn't limited to running and bicycling... it also has places for swimming and walking as well as strength and flexibility. It's perfect for competitive triathletes, fitness walkers, hikers, backpackers and anyone interested in making exercise part of their regular routine.

You're welcome to use FitLedger whether you plan to join us for the Tulsa Run or DAM J.A.M. or just want a convenient place to log your workouts.
