Fitledger is a place to log your swim, bike, run, and walk workouts and monitor your fitness progress. The key to building and maintaining fitness is consistent effort over time. Keeping a log is one of the best ways to track consistency and see improvement. Keeping your log at FitLedger helps you keep it organized in a convenient location and connect with others who have the same interests. It's free. To get your own working copy, create your account by clicking the link on the right near the login button. After you're registered, log in and you'll get your own user menus where you can record your workouts, view your preferences, modify your personal profile, and see the list of members. You'll get your own control panel where you can select "public" or "private" in your preferences. You can also set up a "friends" list and select who you want to be able to see your FitLedger. Complete your profile with your fitness goals, accomplishments, and interests. Join the discussions in the forum to hook up with training partners and learn more about fitness training of all kinds. Take a look at a working copy of some of our user's FitLedgers. Use the pull down menu at the top of the calendar page to select a user name. See monthly, weekly or daily views. Click one of the workouts to see more detail. Switch to graph view to easily see patterns in their training progress.
